该职位来源于猎聘I. job summary:Make up maintenance plans and schedules for plant and company facilities, instruct and supervise the maintenance group to fulfill the plans, to ensure efficiency and capacity of those facilities. Develops and controls a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working.II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)1．Stipulate the regular maintenance program of mechanical and electrical facilities to ensure their smooth running, responsible for plant facility maintenance.2．Organize repairing & troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical facilities timely3．Control the maintenance cost within budget, including localize sourcing of some imported spare parts.4．Establish safety spare parts stock system, including spare parts list for each machine, stock, usage record and cost record5．Set up TPM maintenance plan for each machine and control the implementation status.6．Preventive improvement action according the break down report.7．Setup performance figures tracking for maintenance department8．Worker and Engineer supervision, evaluation and developmentIII. qualifications: 1. education background:University graduate, major in machinery or Electronic Engineering.2. working experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 2 year on team leader position.3. language and computer skills:Good communication skills in English.4. other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)Practical skills in plant equipment and maintenance, communication & leadership skills.Good computer skill (AutoCAD, MS office etc.)Very good organization skills
