职责描述：I. Job Summary岗位概述:1. Manage Rittal Automation System (RAS) product life cycle.2. Coordinate and drive regional sales team to develop RAS business together.3. Communicate with HQ on RAS business strategy and competitors information, special support etc. 4. Coordinate and cooperate with Eplan team to develop customers by “One Rittal” ProgramII. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)RAS product management-Manage RAS product life cycle, including introduce HQ RAS new products to China market, product daily management and phase out.-Manage competitive RAS price policy, in coordination with HQ for special price-Cooperate with marketing team on RAS solution and success story promotion.RAS business development-Coordinate and drive regional sales team to develop RAS business together.-Make regular insight analysis by collecting regional report and information to drive business-Help sales team to solve technical issues with support of HQ and service team.HQ business communication-Coordinate with supervisor to update business strategy.-Collect local competitors dynamic and transfer to our guidance for sales activities-Get technical support from HQ“One Rittal” initiative-Coordinate to develop Rittal products and Eplan software business in one customer by “One Rittal” program -Update “One Rittal” program report regularly together with Eplan team任职要求：1. Education background教育背景:Bachelor degree, preferred majoring in mechanical or electrical or automation or business administration.2. Working experience工作经历: - Rich experience in machinery, control panel/system assembly- Software experience in electric drawing- More than 8 years related experience related to sales and product management or business development3. Language and computer skills语言和计算机技能:- Good English in oral and writing- Good in word, excel, powerpoint- Good presentation skill4. Other requirements其他要求: 1) professional knowledge- Machinery knowledge and knows about its business model- good technical knowledge in mechanical and electric- Project management2) product knowledge-Knows about industry enclosures and control panel system integration -Machinery related to enclosure processing, wiring and system integration tools-Knows about Eplan software and application3) soft skill- Team work and good communication skill- Customer focus passionate- Inner motivation for business driving.
