该职位来源于猎聘职责描述：Description of the position Cost & value analyses for sheet metal part Responsibilities:Comprehensive market knowledge of raw material prices and trends. Finding opportunities related to alternative material & new technologies. Ability to perform cost analyses in sheet metal peer groups. Visiting main suppliers. Able to valuate on site manufacturing processes for sheet metal parts (machine hours, hourly production rates, scrap rate) to detect waste and cost down opportunities.Identify cost differences and process wastes. Detect hidden costs in main articles based on lean and process knowledge. Needs vast engineering experience in sheet metal related processes: NCT, bending, punching, welding, riveting, stamping, surface-treatment etc.Aligns cost calculation template with major suppliers, agrees on individual cost rates. Performs Should-Cost process with main focus in projects (new and cost optimization projects (COPs)Achieve commodity related cost saving targetsSupport of technical communication between SE and suppliers. Drawing review with C&D and supplier. Usage of cost data software for cost simulationsBe able to use FMEA, SPC, PPAP tools for advancing sourcing together with C&D, PJM, SQE.任职要求：3-5 years experience in similar position in sheet metal related industriesUnderstanding and proven ability to perform Continuous Improvement processes Dedicated to lifelong learning, high level of self-motivation, assertiveness and focus.Authetic personality, reliable and truthful communication Excel and PPT knowledge, SAP working knowledge is a plusWorking knowledge of English, in writing and speakingAdvanced knowledge of article cost calculation
