垂直市场高级销售经理-IT 数据中心招聘 - 威图电子机械技术（上海）有限公司

职责描述：
II. 职责和责任（日常工作内容）duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. 负责IT及数据中心垂直市场客户的销售和客户管理，与区域团队成员合作达成目标，并为持续改善目标做出行动;Take responsibilities for IT vertical market sales and customer management, promote regional sales colleagues archiving the KPI setting and take necessary improvement actions.
2. 实现银行、政府、医疗、BAT及各大数据应用头部行业市场销售目标,维持现有客户,发展新客户; Achieve bank, government, healthcare , BAT and IT head company as well as its vertical market sales goals, Maintain existing customers, Develop new customers;
3. 发展区域同事个人能力，并监督和指导销售成员行为符合公司行为准则；
Manage and develop regional sales colleagues abilities, supervise & conduct sales compliance with Code Of Rittal.
4. 提供技术支持和售后服务; Provide technical support and after-sales service.
5. 进行产品的培训和演示; Conduct product training and demonstration
6. 进行相关的市场调研工作; Carry out a certain market research work

任职要求：
1. IT或机械制造专业本科毕业; IT or mechanical manufacturing bachelor degree;
2. 具备数据中心项目建设或者IT基础设施行业应用型产品的10年相关销售管理经验;
Have 10+ year related sales experience of data center project construction or IT infrastructure industry application products
3. 有一定的客户基础，熟悉当地数据中心基础设施应用产品的市场;
Have certain customer base, Familiar with the local data center infrastructure applications market;
4. 极强的上进精神和抗压能力，愿意在销售管理领域积极发展;
Strong motivation and resilience, willing to actively develop in the field of sales management
5. 良好的沟通和学习能力; Good communication and learning skills
6. 优秀的口头和书面英语表达; Excellent oral and written English expression
7. 数据中心基础设施类产品包括（服务器及网络机柜，UPS,精密空调，风冷及水冷机柜等数据机房设备）
Data center infrastructure products include (servers and network cabinets, UPS, air conditioning, air-cooled and water-cooled cabinets and other data center equipment)
