一、Job summary/工作概述Take responsible for service technical support, site installation and commissioning, warranty service and after sales service of Rittal RAS product, plan and organize training for service technicians and service partners, prepare related working instruction, continuous improve service competence to guarantee high level service quality; manage spare parts list and make sure efficient spare parts stock, maintain response time and customer satisfaction, contribute to service sales revenue sustainable development. 负责威图RAS产品技术支持、现场安装调试及保内、保外售后服务工作；计划和组织执行服务工程师及服务合作伙伴培训，编制相应作业指导书，持续提升服务能力，保证服务质量；管理和维护备件清单，确保经济的库存水平，维持响应时间及客户满意度，并贡献于服务销售额的可持续增长。二、Job duties and resposibilities/工作职责：1. Take responsible for Rittal RAS product service technical support, site installation and commissioning, after sales service. 负责威图自动化系统产品技术支持、现场安装调试及售后服务工作； 2. Plan and organize training for service technicians and service partners, prepare related working instruction, continuously improve service competence to guarantee high level service quality, 计划和组织执行服务工程师及服务合作伙伴培训，编制相应作业指导书，持续提升服务能力，保证服务质量； 3. Manage spare parts list and make sure efficient spare parts stock, maintain response time and customer satisfaction, 管理和维护备件清单，确保经济的库存水平，维持响应时间及客户满意度，并贡献于服务销售额的可持续增长。 4. Support service dept. process optimize. 支持部门内部流程优化； 5. Other work which assigned by line manager. 其它部门领导安排的工作；三、Qualification/ 任职资格： （请详细列出学历要求、专业要求、工作年限、语言要求、计算机技能、特殊岗位必备的技能资格证、其他要求)1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical/ electrical engineering is preferred,本科以上学历，机械、电气等专业优先；2. More than 5 years working experience in related machine tool product field service, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting etc., be familiar with PLC, motor control, electrical and air-operated mechanism, 5年以上相关机床产品服务，安装、调试及抢修等工作，熟悉PLC， 电机控制，电气及气动回路和机构；及项目管理工作经验，具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力，具有良好的团队协作精神；3. Good English skill in oral and writing, teamwork and ownership良好的英文听说读写能力，团队精神和主人翁意识；4. Ability of working independently, proactive and can do spirit, good communication and learning skill.独立工作能力，积极主动实现目标，良好的沟通和学习能力
